Recommend Plan (OP) or Title Plan for Certification

When a Plan (OP) or Title Plan is ready to be reviewed and certified by the Surveyor-General or a delegated signing officer, it must be recommended for certification in SPEAR.

Steps

You will need to complete the following to recommend a plan for certification:

1. Click on the mandatory action "Recommend Plan (OP) for Certification" or "Recommend Plan of Title Plan for Certification" from the Details Screen.
2. Select the delegated signing officer from the drop-down list.
3. If you’d like to provide any comments to the delegated signing officer, enter them in the text box provided.
4. Click the 'ok' button.
5. To complete the action must be authenticated from the Details Screen using your SPEAR password.

Once authenticated, the delegated signing officer will be notified by email to certify the plan.
